MATO MUS1 Belt Cleaner

The MATO MUS1 Unique Belt Cleaning System is designed to allow the cleaner blade to act independently to conform to the conveyor belt surface. The mounting arm arrangement encompassing the Patented Uni Mount system allows each side of the cleaner to act independently of each other thus providing the even distribution of cleaner blade pressure on the belt while allowing the blade to follow any variation in the belt surface. The Unique concept of the MATO MUS1 Belt Cleaner is such that the cleaner blade floats on the belt. That is the blade is free to follow the belt changes in surface profile while still maintaining relatively constant pressure across its cleaning surface.

MATO MCS2 Belt Cleaner

The MATO MCS2 Belt Cleaning Unit is a multi-bladed inline system. Each blade is individually mounted with a rubber tensioning cushion to ensure even blade pressure, and constant tip contact across the belt surface.

The cleaner is designed to be slim-lined, so it can fit into almost any position, taking up the minimal amount of room possible. The MCS2 Secondary Cleaner is suitable for all applications and works extremely well on high speed fully vulcanised belts, ensuring a clog-free operation. MATO MCB2 Belt Cleaner

Secondary Cleaner

The MATO MCB2 Belt Cleaning Unit with its rubber tensioning device is an economical, very adaptable Belt Cleaner. The mounting brackets on the MCB2 unit are designed to allow for variances in the installed location in any position behind the drum provided room permits, and it is installed under a section of conveyor belt that is supported without sagging. The MCB2 Belt Cleaner can even be installed so one side of the mounts are offset to the other side, in applications where sticky materials are being conveyed. The cleaner blades are easily changed out without the need of tools, and can be changed with no downtime. Two individual blades are used allowing for a double row cleaning effect.
