MUS2 Air Bag Tension Secondary Belt Cleaner
The MATO MUS2 belt cleaner is one of our latest designed belt cleaners and offers our new M-TRAK slide on cushion and blade for easy installation and maintenance. The unique M-TRAK is designed to eliminate long maintenance down times and ensures that all blade alignments are 100% true across the entire conveyor belt width. When using our new air bag tensioned end assemblies, blade replacement is very simple with the design of the slide on and slide off principle, meaning no special tools or training is required when maintenance is performed. The unique design of our MUS2 cushion is based on the principle of a parallelogram whereby the cushion also stays true to the conveyor belt’s surface and ensures the attacking angle is maintained.Cushion with Carbide Blade

MCS4 Air Bag Tension Secondary Belt Cleaner
The MATO MCS4 belt cleaning unit is a multi-bladed inline system, each blade is individually mounted with a rubber tensioning cushion to ensure even blade pressure and constant tip contact across the belt surface. The cleaner is designed to be slim-lined so it can fit into almost any position, taking up the minimal amount of room possible. The MCS4 secondary cleaner is suitable for all applications and works extremely well on high speed fully vulcanised belts or mechanically fastened belts, ensuring a clog free operation. BUCKET ELEVATORS
Centrifugal and Continuous Discharge Elevators
Bucket elevators are designed to move flowing powders or bulk solids vertically. Bucket elevators use an endless belt or chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread into an inlet hopper. Buckets dig into the material and convey it up and over the head sprocket/pulley, and then throw the material out a discharge throat. Bucket elevators are not self-feeding and are fed at a controlled rate. The buckets are usually where the chain or belt path is vertical or steeply inclined in a single plane. The buckets are returned back down to a tail pulley or sprocket at the bottom.There are four broad classifications of bucket elevators: centrifugal, continuous, positive, and internal discharge. The most commonly used are the centrifugal and continuous discharge elevators.
